Aromatherapy means
"treatment using scents". It is a holistic treatment of caring for
the body with pleasant smelling botanical oils such as rose, lemon, lavender
and peppermint.

The essential oils we use in our treatments are by "Provence
Aromatique" and here are a few :
* Lavender this amazing plant is
used for headache and migraine relief, insomnia, stiff joints, sore muscles,
acne, as a disinfectant, comforting stomach, healing burns, and so much more.
It is especially well known for the calming and soothing effects.
* Eucalyptus is used for temporary
relief of minor aches and pains of muscles and for temporary relief of nasal
congestion and coughs associated with a cold.
* Rosemary is used in connection
with digestive problems, circulatory problems, pain, neuralgia, mild spasms,
wounds, eczema, muscle pain, sciatica, rheumatism and depression as well as
parasites.* Chamomile is a popular treatment for numerous ailments,
including sleep disorders, anxiety, poor digestion, colic, inflammation, and
wound healing.
* Thyme helps relieve
sore muscles and minor pains of arthritis.

* Ylang-Ylang is one of the
most relaxing fragrances to both mind and body. It also slightly lowers blood
pressure and serves as a natural antidepressant. However, studies show that the
scent is both stimulating and relaxing to brain waves, and also is known for it
aphrodisiac properties.
* Lemongrass properties also
extend to create a sense of emotional well-being, an important attribute to
have in this fast-paced world. The light citrus scent is a great relaxing agent
and acts as a type of tranquilizer tamping down on stress, anxiety and even
depression. A massage using lemongrass essential oil can be very therapeutic
and calming for a tired body with aching muscles. * Tea Tree *
Peppermint * Cedarwood * Vetiver * Orange*
