Cancelation and Return Policy

~We will accept any retail product returned within 15 days for a store credit.

~We kindly ask that you allow 24 hours notice for cancellations.

~Spa Adagio reserves the right to charge 50% of the service for “No Show” appointments.

~For New Clients, a credit card number is required to secure the appointment.

~We will assess a $25 charge for returned checks.

~Gift Certificates are non-refundable. “No Show” appointments made with gift certificates render the gift certificate “void”.

~Gratuities are not included in the price. 15%-20% is average, although any amount is appreciated.

~We accept all major credit cards, Spa Finder, Way Spa, Spa Wish certificates.

~ 15% gratuity will be added to all spa packages and multiple service appointments at the time of service.
